Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to countries subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.

Production time

Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships. Embroidered items and items with multiple print areas can take longer.

Delivery time (after production)

• United States: typically 2-5 business days with Standard shipping
• Canada: typically 10-30 business days with Standard shipping

Times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays and weather can extend delivery.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout by item type, quantity and destination.

Multiple items

Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment by email.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Address errors

Please double-check your address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship at your cost.

Customs and duties (Canada)

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees charged on delivery.
