These Terms govern your use of craftedclassicsusa.com (the "Site") operated by Crafted Classics USA LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

  1. Products and descriptions. We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary by screen and print process. Product mockups are illustrations.
  2. Pricing and availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
  3. Orders and payment. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed by our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or that violate these Terms.
  4. Made to order. Products are produced after you order. See our Shipping policy and Refund policy.
  5. Intellectual property. All designs, logos, text, photos and site content are owned by or licensed to Crafted Classics USA. CRAFTED CLASSICS, MADMOVE and related names are our brand names. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission. Third-party names such as Garmin and WHOOP are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
  6. Military and unit references. Our products are independent civilian products. They are not official, and are not endorsed by, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force or any military unit.
  7. User submissions. If you send us content (reviews, messages, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to operate and promote the Site. You confirm you have the right to share it.
  8. Email. If you join our email list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
  9. Prohibited use. Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  10. Disclaimer. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
  11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  12. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date.
